Great location near Niagara Falls. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker. Also loved the fitness center for a quick workout. The view was stunning, especially the fireworks lighting up the night sky over the falls. Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the shower vent in my room had some mold, which definitely needs attention. Parking fees were a bit steep and felt unnecessary given the hotel's pricing. These factors took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a great time here! The pool area was so nice and inviting. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere during dinner. I'd definitely come back!

while the hotel needs updates, the incredibly friendly front desk staff made our stay special. future guests should enjoy the comfortable beds during their peaceful nights. wi-fi access was a bonus!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the legends behind the thunder and enjoyed the Aquarium, both super close to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and housekeepers did a great job keeping things tidy. Just a heads up, request a room away from the ice machine for a quieter stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions around the falls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the amenities could use some improvement, especially regarding the breakfast options offered.

Arcade Excitement Never Materialized

The kids loved being close to the falls, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the daily coffee was an excellent perk.

Unfortunately, the arcade was closed, which disappointed the children. We also faced long waits for the ice machine due to its location near our room.
